20 JONES – OFFICE TENANT IMPROVEMENT, San Francisco CA Community Housing Partnership
With over 10,000 square feet, this tenant improvement project will provide Community Housing Partnership with the opportunity to consolidate their Program services and Administrative staff into one place. The project completely renovates the entire second floor of an existing building, including: new reception area, offices, meeting rooms, kitchen, ADA building improvements, bathrooms and MEP systems. The work incorporates many sustainable building elements, including: finishes with recycled content, natural day-lighting, low flow fixtures and other features.
