

This 201 unit HUD and Tax Credit funded family housing development consists of six wood frame buildings over concrete parking podiums built in 1973 on a 4 acre site. The renovation includes new stucco, siding, windows, roofing, flooring, high efficiency boilers and is designed to meet Green Point Rated standards. Salazar Architects Inc. is the Associate Architect leading the design work, and unit repairs and site work coordination.
