Located on the south side of campus along a major avenue, this student housing project blends into the historic fabric of fraternity row, referencing in a contemporary manner, elements of the surrounding Craftsman and Mission style buildings. The 4-story structure steps down at the rear to present a private courtyard oriented to the Berkeley hills. Sitting on 0.44 acres, the building contains 30 apartments providing 120 beds in individual private bedrooms.
