This 69 unit Family Housing development is located on a 7 acre site and includes 36 new townhomes and 33 renovated units. Salazar Architects Inc., as Associate Architect, led the design, project management and production from Schematic Design through Construction Administration. The project originated in 2004, when Alex Salazar (Associate at Pyatok Architects) led the 250 unit / 250 acre master planning and community workshops effort that helped win the HUD HOPE VI grant.
