Audrey Alverson
Strategy & EDI Lead
Audrey works with the Salazar team through her independent strategy and communications consultancy, The Bold Work Collaborative. She leads the firm’s EDI and employee experience frameworks, and works with Salazar’s management team on strategic visioning and planning. Audrey shares our team’s equity and social justice values and is deeply committed to making our workplace inclusive and fulfilling for all. Over the years, Audrey has volunteered in various capacities for housing rights, human rights, and equity in the built environment. She is a current member of NOMA PDX’s Call-to-Action committee, working to advance racial justice in the architecture profession.
