Heirloom Apartments

Market rate apartments & community center pool house

Heirloom Apartments is inspired by its natural setting next to the Johnson Creek Watershed, with forms and views referencing the Cascade Mountains. Existing industrial, commercial, and residential buildings surround the site, while the northwest edge opens up to the Springwater Corridor Bike Trail, allowing the neighborhood a new entry point to this major greenway. Residential buildings are clad in cementitious siding and provide a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments.  The large community pool building is partially clad in natural wood, creating a special, central place for indoor and outdoor recreation.

Salazar Architect provided architecture, interior, and urban design services from entitlements through construction. Jennifer Nye, Dariia Vernygora, and Amber Swanson designed the development while at William Wilson Architects.
